Greetings! As you are aware, Unified Council is well known educational organisation in conducting talent exams all over the country. Excellence in quality education is the key reason for our existence. We are working to instil effective fundamental knowledge among the student community in Science and Mathematics by testing skills, understanding conceptual clarity and their application. Born out of imagination, inspiration, initiative and necessity the council believes in imparting the same by means of its various students’ centric activities. Unified Council is the first Indian organisation with ISO 9001:2000 certificate in testing & assessment.

We regularly conduct our National Level Science Talent Search Examination once in a year throughout the country. This exam is conducted strictly on Sunday, most possibly on the last Sunday in the month of January – timing: 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.

We have to monitor the examination procedure in all the test centres across the country. So we are requesting the like minded people like you to help us in conducting the NSTSE successfully.

You are requested to help us by acting as an Observer for the examination in your city/town in one of the test centres/schools.

The Official Observer has to :

We will pay Rs.100/- as honorarium for acting as an Observer. We perfectly understand that your services can’t be hired for a fee and we kindly request you, with no offence, to accept this as a token honorarium.

So we also request you to accept our proposal to fulfill our mission of helping the students’ community to make them stronger in fundamentals.

Even though you accept for this proposal, there is no compulsory to take the responsibility if the timing is not suitable for you at the time of examination. You can arrange any other person with integrity for this responsibility at the examination centre. We will inform you the exam date and test centre 10 days before the exam.
